I have query regarding Importing data here is my query

One of my friend has developed a Excel Sheet which imports 1 min data 
from the Stock Exchange.The data is downloaded in my C:\Intraday folder 
here all the data is saved.I then runned the followed these steps 
Opened AmiBroker in that File Menu then Import Wizard and imported all 
the files from C:\Intraday folder now the problem starts when I have 
imported data say for 1st min then again for viewing data i have to run 
Import ASCII wizard then it shows me the next min data.Do this exercise 
is tedious every now & then what shall I do in this case ? I want to 
view live streaming quotes.The data is C:\Intraday folder is ASCII TXT 
format.

Please help me
