Does Yes mean it both goes up and down?

And Does it use the original buy price as a baseline for every bar? or does it do something else?

I know how volatile trailing stops work. But not applystop(stoptypeprofit…)

What does it compare to every bar? Can it both go up and down.

All I get in the help file is it can vary during the trade
