Hello,
There is a discussion (

) of a technical market signal by Mark Hulbert that was developed by
Martin Zweig and referred to as the "Nine To One Up Day."
Also, in Hulbert's article he cites a book "Evidence-Based Technical
Analysis" by David Aronson. I am currently reading the book and find
it quite facinating. It has started giving me a whole new
perspective on technical indicators and their use. Read the reviews
on Amazon.com.
