[amibroker] An AFL for searching Stocks that meet Rule # 1 criteria.

Has anybody tried to create an AFL that explores for stocks that meet 
Phil Town's book Rule # 1 (see link below)? It is a set of fundamental 
requirements that could , I suppose be very nicely achieved in a search.
