Personally, if creating my own indicator or the like, I do the AFL and
save the script in the Include folder.
Then I create a short file with only the statement:
#include <Name_of_Your_Code.afl>
... and insert this in my charts.
This way, all changes you make to the proper scripts (the one saved in
the Include folder) will be updated on the chart as soon as you select
it (i.e. click in it somewhere).
It is just a work-around. Maybe this could be of use to you...?
