There is a fundamental problem with sharing a successful trading rule.
The rule is successful because it exploits a market inefficiency. If
everyone were to possess this information the inefficiency would be
traded away i.e. the information provider would lose his advantage, cf
  "Efficient Market Hypothesis".

Sorry but that it is the reality of TA.
