There have been some discussions on the Motley Fool's boards using
StockCharts P&F charts as a partial determinant of whether to enter or
exit a position -- basically using it as an indicator of the current
"trend" of the ETF/Stock/Index...and I believe the "Bullish Percent"
charts on StockCharts use a similar determination of the stocks within
the index/sector.
