just tried it and get the same error message using AB 4.90.4, also
40.90.3
I also tried the alert email and this works so should not be a
problem with the connection to email program, just the part for attaching a
file
however tried another computer with 4.88 still loaded and this allowed
the process to start, although there are no internet clients (or some such
wording) loaded on this computer

applications sending email is set properly.
