I use :

Buy=Cross(MACD(),Signal());

Sell=Cross(Signal(), MACD());

PlotShapes( Buy * shapeUpArrow + Sell * shapeDownArrow, IIf( Buy,
colorGreen, colorRed ) );

Is it passable to hide all arrows for all crosses except the last one.
