I want to lock X/Y axis scale and I still be able to move the chart
back and forward. How could I do that?
Now it looks like I could lock the Y axis in a specific range but not
a "20 point range". I want it could change from "20 to 40", "30 to
50", "40 to 60" automatically. So I could treat the chart as a Big
Paper print without border.
