Hello,
You should check the box "Text".
This will give you alerts in Alert OUTPUT window in addition
to popups. Alert OUTPUT window contains the list of all alerts
and they stay listed there.
Popups are designed to dismiss themselves
so you don't end up with hundreds of them needing close if
you go away for an hour. Timeout is not configurable yet.
