No problems here. I've attached a snap shot of a composite I run each day to see what the counts of tickers are.
Looks normal to me.

I don't have any problems with Yahoo EOD data.
Works fine for me on over 5000 stocks and indexes.
Have you updated to Amiquote 1.92 ?
