  It is intentional, left-over from days when there was no "chart->delete indicator" submenu.
  I find it quicker to access this menu, but maybe it is good idea to remove it.

    Thomasz right clicking on the Title gives me the Delete Indicator Popup SubMenu that I also get when right clicking the Chart. Do you want this to happen ? Since same function is already in Chart Popup Menu I do not see the reason to ...
