I am confused about the WatchList numbering that seems to have changed since
i last used them, can somebody explain:
1) Are they still zero-based numbered?
2) What is the significance of the "***"?
3) Why the gap (20-gap-21) in the numbers? (Floor 13?)
Are the changes documented anywhere?
