[amibroker] AFL needed - Matching Highs and Matching Lows

Hello Community,

I need somebody to help me with an afl:

1) Looking for matching highs and matching lows. Both conditions should 
be fulfilled.
2) These (matching highs) and (matching lows) should be seperated by 
atleast one bar and maximum 10 bars.
