Not with PlotShapes, but with PlotText. Beware that using a lot of PlotText
is quite slow.

Is there anyway to label the arrows in plotShapes? What I have in mind is a
simple code, 3 or 4 letters right below an up arrow or above a down arrow so
that you could have several systems overlayed on a chart and the label would
tell you which system was indicating a buy or sell.
