See screen shot. Maybe you have no symbols in your RTQ window?
I use IB for R/T data. If you use eSignal it "may" be different.
I am using 4.89.0, but 4.80.2 is the same.

The three choices I have -- the only three -- are 'Reconnect',
'Shutdown', and 'Force Backfill'.
