Unfortunately there is no way of assigning groups/sectors/markets/watchlists
etc. through scripts, but I've suggested it officially here as a COM-based
scriptable feature:

While in this area, it would be nice to have the whole groups/markets
overhauled to match industry-accepted ways of classifying securities into
more than two levels:
