[amibroker] Deleted broker.master, does not rebuild. + FULLNAME not working in title string

  I manually deleted a bunch of BB stocks, and thought deleting the
broker.master file would cause an auto rebuild. It does not seem to.
Tired switching away and back from database and restarting . Charts
seem to display fine, but something is not quite right with no rebuild
of that file.

 Also, the simplest things seems to be causing me grief. Adding
{{FULLNAME}} to the chart title should work but does not. It does not
evaluate, and prints as {{FULLNAME}} on the title.  Bug?
