[amibroker] Price at a specific time of the day

Could someone please provide some assistance? I would like to write the 
afl code get a Close price at 10:00am and print it out to the comments 
window. During the day the price will not change it will always be the 
10:00am price. I am not sure what function will help me get this 
information.
