[amibroker] Open New Window Missing in 4.88 beta

In AB version 4.88 beta, when I click on Window in the menu, the drop-
down menu does not have New Window available anymore, only New Linked 
Window. Is there something I need to do to restore this feature, or 
is it a bug?
