I repeat:
There is NO problem with version 4.87.1
Right click works fine so saving of database does.
"Gray" screen means no document open.
This is so because you have CLOSED the chart
using "X" button.
Every Windows user that has very minimum experience
with Office applications knows that.
To bring a chart one needs to choose
File->New ->Default Chart
My suggestion: if you don't bother to read the READ ME document
it is better NOT to install new versions.
