Hello,
It works, provided that you do correct thing.
1. Use *NEW* IB plugin http://www.amibroker.com/ib.html
2. Put symbols you need to collect to REAL TIME QUOTE window (you can backfill all from there).
3. Perform a SCAN over all symbols before saving
