A bit tricky at best.  First the frame of interest has to be stepped through the dataset which I'm sure can be done.  However, then the subjective part begins.  How will you define the entry/exit rules in terms of level and how much "slop" is allowed around each level.  In my view, this is best used as a discretionary tool.
