[amibroker] 10 long and 10 short every day

When doing a backtest, is there a way to require Amibroker to trade 
exactly 10 long stocks and 10 short stocks everyday? I know i can set 

"maximum number of positions" = 20,
Long/short

but that can result in say, 15 long and 5 short on one day and then 3 
long and 17 short another day, etc...any suggestions are much 
appreciated
