With the continuing problems with Interactive Brokers, what are the thoughts
on MB Trading or other direct access brokers?

I realize that Tomasz may not have a plug in available for these other folks
but at the rate that IB keeps changing things forcing him to "fix" their
problems it might be time to consider alternatives.

i was on their "technical" Chat this morning with James. he had me try lots
of stuff, the Beta API, changing from 858 to 860, etc. we could not get
QQQQ, SMH nor GOOG (and GOOG-smart-stk) to either backfill or update the
chart. He had me email him my TWS log from today and Monday.
For me, Monday worked fine with the early close. I am in the US, but this
problem appears worldwide.

He said he would email me back once the programmers look over my log file.
i told him i would be happy to try some changes if they had something.
