hi,

what I find is that two "older" account work normally. These accounts have 
been opened a few years ago. The account that does not work I only opened 
about 1 year ago. The account number that does not work has an U and 6 
digits. The two other accounts that work normally both have an U and only 5 
digits. Maybe this helps? I wrote this to api@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx as 
well.
