I have the same. I have it for 1 account. Two other accounts work, 1 doesn't. It is a mystery .... My problems started last friday. Tried everything to solve it, downgrade the TWS, analysed the incoming data together with the IB helpdesk, used different computers, downgraded plugins, reinstalled software ...... For my account QM futures work but stocks don't. What happens when you downgrade your TWS? Did you try this? For me it does nothing but I was told it should solve the problem.
I'm glad I am not the only one. Thought I was going crazy. I can't use my system for 2 days now,

I trade futures, not stocks, but I watch some that I
own. Today, all stocks are returning an error message
stating: Symbol "SUNW" is INVALID! or whatever the
symbol is. They all worked on Friday. Did something
change in IB for symbols on stocks? I have never
listed the exchange or instrument type for stocks as I
do futures, but it has always worked until today.
