[amibroker] Define a toolbar button to hide workspace?

Recently someone asked on the AB Feedback Center for a toolbar button to 
turn workspace on/off.  TJ responded, "You can define your own toolbar 
button to hide workspace...described in the user's guide". 

I've searched the help file, version 4.80.1, and the users guide but 
cannot find any information on how to hide the 'workspace'.  In fact, in 
4.80.1, there is no View>Workspace, only all the individual parts to the 
work space.

Can someone explain how to "define a toolbar button to hide the workspace".
