[amibroker] quotetracker plugin

anyone knows how to get the old data backfilled using quotetracker 
plugin? it seems one needs to open both amibroker and quotetracker in 
order to keep all of the data feeded in, otherwise, one may lose the 
data in between the closure time. appreciate if anyone could tell if it 
is the technical issue of quotetracker plugin?? thank you
