anyone can share a formula that create a gradient background with to
alternate colors  black and blue
see example in the MEDVEDQUOTE TRACKER
using following formulas:

SetChartBkColor(  ColorHSB( 160, 250, 250 )) ;
its have a very eyes friendly effect
