How to adjust the data for splits and dividends?

Hello,

1)	Is there a way I can automatically adjust the stock data for 
splits and dividends without knowing exactly which stocks have splits 
and dividends?
2)	Or I need to know which stocks are split or have dividends. 
Then do the adjustment manually? In this case, where can I get the info 
about splits and dividends?
