[amibroker] Alertif Flags

Hi All

I have configured a alertif statement as below:

AlertIf( Buy, "", "buy now" +FullName(),1);

AlertIf( Buy, "SOUND C:\\Windows\\Media\\ringin.wav", "Audio alert", 2 + 8 );


I cant seem to figure out the flags. Can someone please help me
configure them so that the sopund goes off only once? Also if anyone is
using "GMAIL" to send email alerts can they please share the settings
they are using to send an email through GMAIL ?
