Its for "looping" thru arrays bar by bar.  In the help file click the Search tab an enter For statement and then look at the results:

 

Do-while

if-else

for statement    

while statement

 

All of these are interesting

Howdy,

Just starting out using AB, but I'm already feeling giddy with all its
features. One of the perplexing questions I have is that scattered
throughout the manual is the "for( i = 1; ...)" equation. However, I
couldn't find any info on it (online or offline, for that matter).
What does it mean?
