[amibroker] re:volume

Create an indicator with a volume component that displays signals as
arrows on a price chart.  It's a much clearer, more-direct, and
immediate visual clue than you get from looking at volume histograms.

Just define what kind of activity you're looking for in your indicator
code, like a higher closing price with a 20-day moving average of
volume greater than a 60-day ma or with a one-day volume spike that's
50% higher than the previous day's volume, or whatever.
