[amibroker] Backing up TC2005 Groups & Subgroups in AmiBroker?

Hello,

I am new to AmiBroker, new to this board and I have no programming 
skills.

I'm told that I have to rebuild my system because of an over bloated 
Windows XP registry. 

I use TC2005 for my data supplier and I'm trying to determine if there 
is a practical and simple way to back up the associations that I have 
made in AB to Groups and Subgroups of the Telechart database?

I appreciate any suggestions or assistance.
