[amibroker] Problem downloading intraday data from quote.com

I'm trying to download intraday data (15 min bars) from quote.com, but 
I'm not having any luck. Any trick to getting this to work?

I have the intraday server set to Server #1
The "Use Livecharts account" box is NOT checked

When it runs, it tries 3 times a stops. No error messages. The boxes 
next to the symbols stay checked in Amiquote.
