[amibroker] How to Load Data for A/D composites?

I'd like to use the built-in functions for Advance/Decline line and related breadth 
components (Adv & Dec Issues and Volume) for multiple markets. I use both QuotesPlus and
FastTrack as data sources. What is the setup to load and maintain these data fields for QP 
and FT?  Is this a limitation of the plug-in?  Note: I have code to produce these indicators 
from scratch, but I'd like to use the built-in capabilities if they are available.
