Same problem here with QM.

To fill QM I have to Backfill it....

my stocks are updating the quotes on the chart just fine  but the QM for May and June are not updating the quotes.

 

I updated the TWS software this morning. Yesterday QM was updating fine

What is happening to me is that my CONN light is green but I am not getting real update data. I am having to click on the CONN and choose Backfill Current in order to get the chart to refresh with new data.
