If you ahve turned on show arrows in parameters for a chart running a
scan will produce the trade arrows in the chart, or you can right
click on the results list and select show arrows on any chart.
These are not permanent arrows only appearing until you refresh, and
they will only be visible on the actual buy/sell trade bars as defined
in your system. You cannot then move these as they are only reflecting
your trade system and not definable shpaes ike placing plotshapes into
the system chart AFL, and it was the moving of the arrows to another
bar that you wanted, so as far as I know this cannot be done
