[amibroker] Drawing a bar along the bottom of a chart

I would like to overlay a colored bar across the bottom of an intra-
day currency pair price chart indicating that banking hours are open. 
For example, for AUD.USD pair I would to display a bar from 15:00 to 
22:00 hours. I am able to determine the applicable hours but am unable 
to use the appropriate Plot/PlotShapes function. I've been 
experimenting with
PlotShapes(IIf BankingHours,shapeSquare,shapeNone),colorViolet,0,?,?);
