Is this still a problem? Or have you managed to find a solution from
tech support?
I was starting to debate subscribing to eSignal since IB tick and volume
data leaves
a lot to be desired…

Subject: [amibroker] Sometimes Amibroker can not be fed by eSignal for
the realtime volume data
I'm using eSignal realtime data feed, but I found sometime my Amibroker
can not get the realtime volume data for some indices. If I
choose "force backfill", those volume data can be backfilled to
Amibroker, but after that, the Amibroker stop to receive volume data
again.
It is always no problem get the realtime price data(OHLC data), and it
is also no problem get the realtime volume data for all stocks. The
problem so far only for indice volume data sometimes.
Any ideas? Thanks.
