Actually, it appears I was a bit hasty. The 2 trades that were omitted before were the only intraday stop and reverses; the others occurred at the end of one trading day and beginning of the next. Sorry about that, and thanks for your help, as always.
 
Tomasz - this is an awfully confusing option, IMHO; I misunderstood its purpose until just now. Would it be possible to relabel it or at least expand the description in the help file? Thanks.

there must be a limiting factor for the trades not to be taken
try increasing equity, max positions, or changing the positionsize
