Just with a quick look, these need some correction
b1= IIf(Ref(A1[i], -1)<=A1[i],colorGreen,colorRed);
unless you are inside a loop in which case you would not be using IIF
you do not use bar identifiers [i]
b1= IIf(Ref(A1, -1)<=A1,colorGreen,colorRed);
and
b1= colorGreen) needs to be b1== colorGreen)
