It is straight points, you cannot use an actual price array as
applystop takes the pull back from highest high since buy (or lowest
low since short)
If you database is in dollars then $1 is 1 point

 ApplyStop(stopTypeTrailing,stopModePoint, 1,exitatstop=1,Volatile=True);

so if the highest high since buy is $10.00 then the trail exit will
apply when the low crosses below $9.00
