I get about 150 emails a week that are either spam or virus attachments
It gets to the stage you recognize the subject lines, especially if
you get 5 at once. Fortunately I can check the email subject line and
delete without actually clicking on the email, so anything that at
least looks like rubbish is not even touched. At the end of each week
I just empty the deleted emails, but a word of advice is to turn off
any auto response to delivery requests in your email software, always
do that manually. A lot of spam emails request return notice if you
delete them.
