Hello,
Files are in "Notes" subdirectory.
And you should not lost any file in fact during upgrade process.
You may think that they are "gone" if you installed AmiBroker into
wrong folder. If you run update installer you should simply
do not touch anything (destination folder is automatically detected)
and then you will be fine.
