[amibroker] Code::Blocks C++ Integrated Development Environment for the ADK

This may already be well known but there is an excellent C++ 
development environment available at 

http://www.codeblocks.org/

which can be used in the Amibroker Development Kit (ADK).

It is open source software and uses the Mingw compiler.

If you've used the Bloodshed DevC++ environment which is mentioned in 
the Amibroker Kit this will replace it. There is an import facility to 
pull in DevC++ project files so you get a quick start.

Code::Blocks is very impressive software and the Mingw compiler seems 
to have improved too. It now produces much smaller exe's.
