does not use all of these formats. I restrict myself to the %f variation so I
can remember it.

I picked up on by other examples.  This is the only reference I
could find
in the help file and it is in the description for PRINTF.
 
Note 1: for numbers always use %f, %e or %g formatting, %d or %x will
not
work because there are no integers in AFL.
 
Maybe someone can help explain what each of these are and how to use
them.

The %.2f fixed the problem.  Thanks for the help Dave!  Do
you know 
where in the help you can find %g, %.2f, etc.?  I want to
understand 
the formatting better.
