Hi,

the dayrange can be defined as DR = H-L;
Average range could be ma(DR,20);

LowRangeBars = DR < 0.5*ma(DR,20);

Just a idea.

Subject: [amibroker] range of the bars

Hi,

   I would like to test for the range of daily bars for past 20 days.
How do I do it?? Iam looking
for bars that have small range for a period of 20 days. Trying to use
(MA(ATR(1), 20). But the
results are not correct.  Any ideas please?

Thanks.
